The more we explore the natural processes of internal reflection, detached from emotional attachments, we can all become more aware of ourselves, our personal narratives, and the thought patterns that hold us back from the Life that we want to experience.
Everything that happens in "Life" is a reflection of the narratives we hold about it, our beliefs, and our relationships to those narratives. Yet, it all shows up in very unconscious ways, due to being immersed in the experience and the limitations of what we can perceive in any given moment.
The more we can learn to "see & understand" in any given moment, the more aware we will become of the subtle narrative ques that create experiences, the limiting beliefs held that are keeping from desired outcomes, and the mass number of potentials available to navigate Reality through.
It all starts with subtle varying degrees of Present Moment awareness... which is much... much easier said than done. Though, verry possible!
THE NATURAL PROCESS
All insights gained from any new subtle degrees of internal awareness will inevitably bring about a shift in the Conscious mind (Persona), Subconscious behaviors (Self), and your life as a whole (Experiential "Reality"). Discovering, from an internal point of view, how and why you make the decisions that create the outcomes you experience in your life.
The solution lye's in being able to make "Sovereign Conscious Choices" in each moment and becoming emotionally aware enough to notice your internal dialogs to any situation that presents itself to you.
Once you rise above personal individual hinderances... all that is left is standing strong in your decisions, expressing your Authentic self in each moment, and in allowing the organic flow of Life to work out the rest.

Fear, Anxiety, and Insecurity are the 3 most crippling states of mind when working to achieve any outcomes in Life.
The difficult part is knowing when you are feeling them, what you are feeling, and why. They typically start out as subtle internal "Feelings" and "Anxieties" (Kinetic energy in motion in the body). Yet can snowball once you start to add "thoughts" to your internal narratives. This adds more attention to these states of mind, and these "fears and anxieties" begin to express themselves based on the associated emotions attached to those narratives. You then "create" that reality, while there are so many other outcomes available if you can shift your perspective of the current moment experience. Pending what you CHOOSE to give your attention to.
Once you change your "state", you can start to create a solid internal foundation that allows you to move more easily through any challenges that arise in Life, by realizing these states of mind are an illusion created from some sort of "Fear" you are currently operating from.

Is "Fear" an "Experience"... or an "Emotion" expressed as a reaction to external stimuli?
An Experience you can change and adapt to... as well as any Emotional Response!
ANXIETY
What is feeling "Anxiety"?
Anxiety is creative energy in the body... pushing you towards change to create your ideal Reality.
INSECURITY
Do you know that feeling?
You know... that thought in the back of your mind that you are "not good" enough nor deserve what you desire. This thought, and its opposite, is a choice.
IT BEGINS WITH FINDING YOUR CENTER...
The hard truth is... it takes a significant amount of grounded Awareness, honest Self-reflection, and Authentic Confidence to live in harmony with the Internal and External world.
