PRIMARY, SECONDARY, ENVIORNMENTAL NUTRITION
I have become of the opinion that our "Nutritional Intake" is perhaps the most important aspect of Life that I know I personally took for granted for a long time. The more I learn about the various factors of overall "Well-being"... the more I have realized that what we allow to flow into our body, mind, and emotional space has perhaps the most impact on our lives than anything else that we can do.
PRIMARY NUTRITION... is the Intimate relationships, friends, co-workers, and close contacts that we keep in our lives that add value, strength, and support to the experiences of our daily lives. On a more important note... our emotional state heavily determines the moods, personalities, and ways that we go through-out our experiences of life. Those that we choose to keep in close contact have a substantial influence on our emotional "States of being" and how we navigate our lives.
SECONDARY NUTRITION... is the physical nutritional foods and liquids that we consume. These habits are potentially one of the most important aspects of the decisions that we make daily. They very much effect the thought patterns, emotional stability, and energy levels we experience through-out the day and how we echo our Energetic (Expressed) "selves" into our environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL NUTRITION... I would describe as the sources of stimulations / information that we allow to enter into our visual and audio senses through-out the day. It includes the types of TV shows, movies, social media content, music, "words", etc... that we allow our immediate environment to imprint in our Subconscious and Conscious minds. In very subtle ways all of these stimulations determine what kinds of thoughts we have... which dictates our actions and moods, and therefore heavily impacts the Totality of our lives as a whole.
Here I would like to share with you a short list of Channels that I personally appreciate for their content, presentations, and passions. I am not affiliated with any of these channels, nor do I receive anything from promoting them. I simply appreciate , have learned a lot from them, and would like to share their links with you.

I personally have studied this Channels content thoroughly. Thomas speaks a lot towards "Keto Diets / Eating plans", detoxifying methods for health, "Intermittent Fasting", and the science behind it all. I believe that keeping the body free of toxins, understanding how the body uses amino acids and proteins (What DNA is made of and what cells use for "food"), and being aware of different techniques for Longevity are very important topics of study for overall physical health.
- Ways & How -
I would describe this link as a "DIY Channel" for physical health, nutrition, and relationship. They have a vast collection of videos covering at home exercises, conscious food habits, super foods vs. destructive foods, and much more. I would consider them a great "go to" for short tips on overall physical and nutritional health.

This Dr. is a practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine and lifestyle habits. He presents informed content using Ayurveda (Ancient India/Yogic traditions) and Western Medicine for health and longevity of the human body. He covers many food habits, herbal remedies, holistic lifestyle topics, and beneficial uses of both Eastern and Western techniques regarding physical, nutritional, and mental health.
- Motivational Doc -
It is my belief that this Dr. is well informed in the physical, nutritional, and energetic aspects of the human body... as he covers a wide range of topics that are involved in overall health, longevity, and well-being. Anywhere from joint and chronic pain to pressure points, "Energy Medicine" techniques, nutrition, detoxing, natural remedies, and much more as he uses biology, anatomy, and various sciences to explain his content. Outside of the overall range of important and useful information he shares... his presentations are very clear, understandable, and given in a way that anyone not familiar with the information can still benefit and understand his presentations.

This man I have been following for 8 years. I would describe his passion as exactly what his Brand name is labeled... "Rejuvenating Life"... through nutrition habits, detoxifying techniques & recipes, natural living, and he strongly promotes a Holistic foundation to Life. He speaks a lot about the value of maintaining a "Vegan" & "Raw Food" approach towards nutritional habits and he shares a lot of content based on these nutritional choices.
- Ted Talks -
There are ALOT of Ted Talks, all over the World, and they cover a VAST amount of information in their seminars, speeches, and content. I chose to add this channel here because of the value of their shared information on Relationships and Personal Growth. Outside of our Romantic relationships... our family, friend, and other personal relationships are vitally important in the overall well-being, joy, and community aspects of our lives in general.
I would describe this Channels content as being mostly about Fasting benefits, simple diets, and detoxifying techniques. Again, more information about detoxifying the body for mental, emotional, and physical health for those interested in living long, healthy, enjoyable lives. Simply another takes on these genres of nutritional and biological health and the science behind it.
