RISE ABOVE FEAR

Is "Fear" an "Experience"... Or an "Emotion" expressed as a reaction to external stimulations?

AN "EXPERIENCE" WE CAN CHANGE AND ADAPT TO... AS WELL AS ANY "EMOTIONAL STATE".

From my experience... "Fear" arises from a sense of losing a kind of "grounded center" and not having the inner strength / confidence to face the challenge. This can be consciously subtly noticed when we have a steady stream of negative thoughts concerning the topic of Anxiety. When we notice the stream of thoughts, the most important process we can focus on is STOPING the thought flow.

The trick... is realizing that you can change these states of mind at any point in your present experience, simply by making the conscious decision to become internally aware of the thoughts cycling through your psyche and consciously deciding to deny the thoughts feeding those narratives of "Fear" (or any un-desirable emotion). This can be done by "re-negotiating", in a way of looking at it, with your egoic self, which is the aspect of the psyche that "guards you" based on past experiences and "Life" adaptations.

A cultivated kind of Inner strength and discipline can be applied here through the process of consciously working to move into our fears.  This comes from a sense of confidence that we are capable of overcoming so much more than what is perceived directly in front of us. The ability to face our fears can become much easier to face directly over time.

HERE ARE AFEW OF MY PERSONAL REMINDERS WHEN I AM FACED WITH THE SENSATION OF "FEAR"

- Realizing that "Fear" is simply a "state of mind" that is "Afraid" (Perception created emotion) and it arises from not feeling confidant that we can overcome any situation that comes up in our immediate environment.  From this perspective... it can only be a mentally projected outcome (Perception) based on inner Insecurity (Lack of feeling Self-Worth) that we experience as an in-ability to act with confidence in our immediate "Now / Real time" environment and situation. (How to Overcome Insecurity Essay)

Once we realize this... we can find subtle ways to change our perspective because most of the time it is a kind of Anxiety that arises that we have a difficult time grounding the energy that is arising from our immediate "External World".  When over stimulated, this internal energy turns into a sense of "Fear" due to not knowing exactly how to respond to the stimulations in our immediate environment. (How to Overcome Anxiety Essay)

- We can learn to use the "Feelings of Fear" as an inner trigger to inspire us to move towards that which we Fear... instead of away from it.  Soon we will realize the Fear proves to be an unnecessary "Mental stuff" that has no factual existence in the true reality of our experience (Perception is experience).  This gives us motivation to face our next experience of it and slowly we will be able to feel confident in any situation that may arise.

- We can work towards inspiring ourselves to constantly push in-to and through our "Un-comfort zones"... to slowly build a kind of courage, strength, and confidence within ourselves that we can call upon when these feelings arise.  That which, based on previous experiences of victory over them, we can overcome anything in life that presents a challenge to us.  By overcoming each Fear based thought when they arise, one day at a time, we will find the strength to continue to work through them.

- By realizing there is nothing to "Fear" except the "Thought of Fear" it-self.  It can only be one of an infinite amount of mentally projected outcomes that could occur from any situation.  Yet, it rarely holds true in our physical experiences of "Reality"... unless we create it for our-selves.

- Learning to incorporate "Mindfulness" into our daily waking perception and observing our thoughts from a detached view. Using this technique... we can learn to be open to allow thoughts to arise without reacting or being pulled into that "Assumed reality". To physically and internally stay present (attentive) with our external experience while our Subconscious chatter is playing in the background without a need for impulsive reactions. (The Value of Mindfulness Essay)

- Learning different subtle techniques and Mantras to overcome Anxiety (which creates Fear) that allows us to learn how to subtly no longer need to let those feelings, negative thoughts, and -or- perceived experiences affect us and drive us into unnecessary actions that more than likely will create the outcome that we are afraid of.

Based on my understandings and observations of "Fear"... these are the best and simplest tips I can offer when it comes to overcoming it.

The goal here is to simply observe and re-direct our perception of the stimulation in our immediate experience.

truly hope this information helps anyone out there looking for greater sense of inner peace and stability in their lives.
